The building is positioned between the ocean and the intracoastal waterway to allow its residents to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the comfort and privacy of their large balconies.
Appreciation of this newly renovated building begins the moment you arrive on the property to be greeted by an ocean blue fountain.
The Corniche’s bright, modern lobby features a luminous quartzite reception desk manned by a 24/7 concierge staff ready and eager to assist you.
Our beautiful Ocean View Room offers a spacious gathering space with seating to accommodate cocktail parties and other public and private gatherings.
The Ocean View Room also features a bar area with modern décor, two TVs, and floating LED-lit shelves.
Adjacent to the bar is a large kitchen that is available to be used by owners or caterers to prepare food for an event.
The Ocean View Room has an oversized TV with comfortable seating for watching sports events or for gathering during movie night.
The Corniche is the only condo on Singer Island that has an ocean-side pool with full day sunshine close to the rolling waves, with entertaining views of passing watercraft and windsurfers. All owners can easily find a chaise lounge or table with an umbrella on the spacious pool deck. Beach access is available through a locked gate.
Next to the pool is a tennis court available for a game with friends.
The beautiful north-side grassed area offers a tranquil park setting where residents can enjoy yoga, outdoor exercise, lawn games, or just relax on a chaise lounge in the sun.

The garage offers gated brightly lit underground assigned parking spaces as well as designated handicap parking. On the main entry level, there is additional parking for guests and owners.
Next to the lobby there are locked mailboxes assigned to each owner. Package deliveries from Amazon, UPS and FedEx are accepted by the concierge staff and stored in a secure room until owners can pick them up. The building’s common areas are cleaned by housekeeping staff seven days a week..
