Our beautiful Ocean View Room offers a spacious gathering space with seating to accommodate cocktail parties and other public and private gatherings.

The Ocean View Room has an oversized TV with comfortable seating for watching sports events or for gathering during movie night.
Ocean Room View Bar
The Ocean View Room also features a bar area with modern décor, two TVs, and floating LED-lit shelves.
Kitchen
Adjacent to the bar is a large kitchen that is available to be used by owners or caterers to prepare food for an event.

The Card Room is available to all for table games or small scheduled meetings.
Pool
The Corniche is the only condo on Singer Island that has an ocean-side pool with full day sunshine close to the rolling waves, with entertaining views of passing watercraft and windsurfers. All owners can easily find a chaise lounge or table with an umbrella on the spacious pool deck.
Fitness Room
Inside, enjoy Corniche’s many amenities which include a state-of-the-art Fitness and Exercise room with relaxing ocean views and a Game Room with ping pong and a pool table.
Tennis
Next to the pool is a tennis court available for a game with friends.
Grassed Area
The beautiful north-side grassed area offers a tranquil park setting where residents can enjoy yoga, outdoor exercise, lawn games, or just relax on a chaise lounge in the sun.
Mail Room
Next to the lobby there are locked mailboxes assigned to each owner. Package deliveries from Amazon, UPS and FedEx are accepted by the concierge staff and stored in a secure room until owners can pick them up. The building’s common areas are cleaned by housekeeping staff seven days a week..
Garage
The garage offers gated brightly lit underground assigned parking spaces as well as designated handicap parking. On the main entry level, there is additional parking for guests and owners.
